The first GCC Bharat Utsav is planned for early 2027 in Hyderabad. The exact dates and the venue will be announced together. Until then, this page tells you what is settled and what to wait for.

Getting to Hyderabad.
Hyderabad is served by Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, with international flights and connections through India’s other major airports. Explorers and international guests are met on arrival.
Visas.
Most international visitors need a visa to enter India. Once the dates are confirmed we will send every confirmed delegate an invitation letter, and we will publish guidance on which visa to apply for and when. The rules differ by nationality and by the purpose of a visit, so please wait for that guidance before you apply.

Staying on.
Many guests will want to see more than one city. After the Utsav, Explorers can visit campuses, universities and sites with help from their Navigator, and each pavilion’s delegation can advise on a visit to its state. India’s other main cities are a direct flight from Hyderabad.
