Government and states
One India, presented by its states.
GCC Bharat Utsav invites states to stand side by side and answer one question together: how does India win the next centre? A company that is impressed by India, and well informed about its choices, is good for every state in the room.
What a state gains.
Companies with a live question
International delegates on the GCC Explorer Pass arrive with a brief and a timeline. Their meetings with states are arranged in advance.
The centres already in your state
Country heads and their global headquarters, in one place, able to say what would help them grow.
Equal standing
One template, one order, one design. No state is ranked, and none is given more room.
A national stage
The story told to the world is India’s, and your state is one of its chapters.
How the pavilions work.
- Order
- Alphabetical, everywhere
- Design
- One shared design. Each pavilion is told apart by its name in its own script, its photographs and its exhibits
- Content
- Policy, cities, talent, infrastructure, industries, culture and cuisine
- Programme
- An opening alongside the other pavilions, open briefings, and meetings by arrangement
- Culture
- Each state is invited to bring its craft, its performers and its kitchen
- On this website
- A page for each pavilion, drawn from the state’s published policy and reviewed by its delegation
Space, cost and logistics are set out in the participation note we share with each government.
What we commit to.
- We do not rank states, on this site or on the floor.
- We do not recommend one state over another to any company.
- We publish no official’s name or photograph until their office has confirmed it in writing.
- Facts about a state come from its own published policy, with the source shown.
- Each delegation reviews its page before its status changes to Confirmed.
Who we would like to hear from.
State departments of industries, information technology and investment. Investment promotion agencies. Central ministries and national bodies concerned with technology, commerce, skills and external affairs. Regional development authorities and special economic zones.
The first edition plans eight pavilions. States and union territories beyond those eight are welcome to start a conversation about this edition and the next.
