The three days

Come as a guest. Leave with a decision.

Three days, each with one job. This page describes the shape of each day. Sessions, times and speakers are published on the agenda as they are confirmed.

Our working plan. It may change.

Day 1

Bharat

The day India receives you.

The first day is an arrival. It opens with a welcome in the Indian sense, drawn, sung and served, before anyone makes a speech. Then the eight pavilions open together and you can walk the country in an afternoon. By evening you will have eaten from several of its kitchens and met the people you will spend the next two days with.

What the day holds

  • The welcome and the opening
  • The eight pavilions, opened side by side
  • India’s GCC story: how the centres began and what they do now
  • Government and policy: state delegations and invited leaders
  • Global leadership: headquarters and India heads in conversation
  • The first evening: regional food and music

If you hold an Explorer Pass

You meet your Navigator in person and walk the pavilions together.

Day 2

Capability

The day India shows its work.

The second day is about evidence. Teams show technology they have built, not slides about it. Leaders talk by industry and by function, in rooms small enough for real questions. Each pavilion holds open briefings on policy, cities and infrastructure. The first arranged meetings begin.

What the day holds

  • Technology and innovation, shown working
  • Talent and leadership: universities, skilling and the next site leaders
  • Conversations by industry
  • Future capabilities: artificial intelligence, engineering, cybersecurity and what follows them
  • State opportunities: briefings at every pavilion
  • Curated meetings
  • An evening of craft and performance

If you hold an Explorer Pass

Your Navigator has arranged your meetings with state delegations, with leaders of centres in your industry, and with partners.

Day 3

The Next India

The day you decide what comes next.

The third day is for decisions. Companies new to India sit down with governments, partners and the leaders who might run their centres. Companies already here talk about expansion and investment. The Founding Leaders Circle meets in private. Then the Utsav closes the way it opened: together, and with a celebration.

What the day holds

  • Future centres: what companies new to India need to know
  • Investment and expansion
  • Meetings for Explorers, including government introductions
  • The Founding Leaders Circle, in private
  • Partnerships
  • Decision conversations: each Explorer with their Navigator
  • The closing celebration

If you hold an Explorer Pass

You end the day knowing what you learned, what is still missing, and what you would do next.

The three days sit inside a longer journey.

For an Explorer, the Utsav starts weeks earlier with a brief and a Navigator, and it can continue afterwards with visits to cities and campuses. For everyone else, the introductions made here carry on, and the gathering returns next year.
